Start a DOS shell. BibDB can swap most of itself
out to disk, EMS, XMS or extended memory, according to the available
memory and the definitions in the configuration file. When swapping to
disk, the program looks for a swap directory in the configuration file. If
it is missing there, the program will use the current directory.
